The Marketing Director Bootcamp is a reoccurring workshop and series. It trains marketing directors in independent, privately-owned medical practices to create their internal marketing machine. 
The creative brief asked for the logo and theme to be about ideas and they specifically wanted a lightbulb. It's on the list of graphics to stay away from, but check out that "M" in the filament of the light bulb.
