The New Patient Certification Coordinator Program was a membership program that established a new role in medical practices and provided the training, taking the burden off the doctors. The Certification Coordinator role prepared and helped maintain accountability for all staff that answer the phones to maintain their Scheduling Institute 5-Star Certification. This program included a 2-day event, training materials, mailers, emails and a video series.
I was asked to create a logo system and brand for this program that identified this was a program about phone interactions and increasing new patients. And I was literally asked to try and make this "sparkle".
